Today marks an important day for Pat’s Realty, Inc – the launch of our new, and hopefully more helpful, website. We have been working hard over the past few months to get it up and running and fill it with useful information, and all the latest properties for sale in the Southern WI area, and beyond!

We have been in the real estate business for over 35 years and together our realtors have more than 100 years of experience serving South Central WI, so we have learned a few things over the years and hope to share them with you in our new blog, we affectionately call “Pat’s Perspectives”

We hope you take some time to explore our new website. We have information about our Agents and our services and all the latest properties for sale (which in Realtor speak, we call “listings”). Resources for both buyers and sellers that include tips on getting ready to sell your house, steps to take as you begin your search for your first home, a mortgage calculator that helps you estimate your monthly payments and how much you may be able to borrow, and lots of useful information about the real estate world… But our site has much more! We have information on many of the great communities in our area, information on the local lakes and rivers, things to do in our hometown of Edgerton, and the beginnings of a wonderful collection of historical photos and memorabilia from Edgerton dedicated to Pat Feggestad, who started Pat’s Realty and collected all of these gems over many years.
