  I cannot emphasis enough how great Pat's Realty helped me sell my property in Rock River Leisure Estates! I live an hour and a half away making it difficult to getting the property ready to sell.   Chris did a phenomenal job for us! We worked with her first on our purchase, and then again when we had to unexpectedly sell our home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and sold our home within 2 weeks of listing at a great price! Chris was very responsive and helpful.   In the fall of 2018 I decided it was time to sell my home in the Edgerton area. After emailing the realtor I had worked with to purchase the home and not hearing back, and calling another local realty company who took my information and promised a call back, I called up Pat's, who answered mid-lunch and started taking down details.

This was the best decision I could have possibly made. I worked with Jill who was absolutely amazing at going over every detail, explaining and giving  updates on where things were at in the process, and was very timely, responsive and clear in her communications.

There was a short period where Jill was out of town and I had the pleasure of working with other staff in the office and they were just as excellent.

It is now  the summer of 2019 and I am starting to look into purchasing a home and I've reached out to them. Despite just getting started in the process and being very picky I feel like I am being given just as much priority as they someone who was much less discerning with a much bigger budget.
